A 13-year-old girl was found dead inside her home on Friday (8), in Morro do Pau Branco, in São João de Meriti, in Baixada Fluminense. The victim was unconscious and showed signs of aggression. The Civil Police are investigating the case.
According to investigations, family members rushed the victim to the São João de Meriti Municipal Hospital, but she arrived at the unit already deceased. The hospital's management reported that the girl had suffered multiple traumas.
The Homicide Division of Baixada Fluminense (DHBF) is conducting the investigation. Agents are interviewing witnesses and analyzing security camera footage to clarify the case.
