Cláudio Castro must invite state deputies to the government

Acting Governor Cláudio Castro is considering inviting at least three state deputies to join his government.

The parliamentarians under consideration are Thiago Pampolha (PDT) for the sports secretary; Rodrigo Amorim (PSL) for the tourism portfolio; and Jair Bittencourt (PP) for the agriculture portfolio. Bittencourt is reportedly not inclined to accept, preferring to remain in the Rio de Janeiro Legislative Assembly.

The movement comes from Cláudio Castro himself in an attempt to create a broad coalition government with the political class.
This week, almost the entire secretariat will be defined.
