State deputy Guilherme Delaroli (PL) posted a video on social media this Saturday (3) in which he appears armed while traveling to respond to a complaint of animal abuse in Itaboraí, a municipality located in the Metropolitan Region of Rio de Janeiro.
In the footage, the congressman claims to have received a video from residents that allegedly shows a man committing violence against a dog. During the recording, Delaroli expresses outrage and says he decided to go to the location personally after being informed about the situation.
According to the congressman, the relevant authorities had already been contacted before he went to the address indicated by the complainants.
