Minister Alexandre de Moraes, of the Supreme Federal Court, decided, this Friday (28), to maintain the processing of the impeachment process of the governor of Rio Wilson Witzel.
Moraes revoked a decision by the president of the Supreme Court, Dias Toffoli, which had ordered the Legislative Assembly of Rio to form a new special commission to discuss the process.
