RICARDO BRUNO
There was nothing new in the leaked excerpts from Bolsonaro's meeting with his ministers. Aside from the vulgar vocabulary, the president did indeed threaten to interfere with the Federal Police if he couldn't replace the superintendent in Rio. He also said he could replace the minister, in this case Sergio Moro, if his wish wasn't granted. Almost everything was already known, including the "shit" (Dória) and "manure" (Witzel) referred to by the president.
Weintraub was another outlier, as is already known. Apoplectic, he had yet another outburst of verbal abuse to please his boss. He even stated that he would put the Supreme Court justices in jail. He should be held criminally responsible for the threat.
The rest of the time was occupied by Bolsonaro reprimanding his ministers, with phrases almost always laden with profanity, much like a barroom conversation. And without any respect for the decorum of the office. In short, there were no surprises. Including regarding the outburst from the President of the Republic.
Moreover, as a member of the Public Prosecutor's Office who preferred to remain anonymous recently stated, Moro truly doesn't know how to identify evidence. Today, once again, his incompetence in the role he once held in the Federal Court of Curitiba was demonstrated.
