Minister Celso de Mello, of the Federal Supreme Court (STF), determined, on Monday night (17), the suspension of the administrative process of the National Council of the Public Prosecutor's Office (CNMP) that could remove prosecutor Deltan Dallagnol from the Lava-Jato task force. The minister also determined the withdrawal of the process from the agenda by the CNMP until the final judgment by the STF.

Filed by Senator Kátia Abreu (PP-TO), the case, which was expected to be on the CNMP's agenda in Tuesday's session (18), could remove Dallagnol from the investigation. She accuses the coordinator of the Lava-Jatp task force of irregularities in the creation of a foundation to manage R$2,5 billion recovered from Petrobras and in the holding of lectures.
