TRISTAN AND EVERALDO PREPARE EXPLOSIVE DELATIONS

Former all-powerful secretary Lucas Tristão is indeed negotiating his plea bargain with the Public Prosecutor's Office. He is reportedly willing to detail the promiscuous relationship between the government and Refit, one of the five largest debtors to the state treasury. He will clarify the infamous environmental licenses obtained by force, against all technical opinions.

According to a note in Veja magazine's Radar column, he will also clarify the secret terms of the agreement with businessman Mário Peixoto.
